These Terms and Conditions govern your use of theladyalma.com and any purchase you make through it. By accessing or buying from this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Lady Alma is an apparel, accessories, and home goods brand operating globally through theladyalma.com. The site is owned and operated by Badd Kitty, LLC. Our products are produced and fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis through Printful, Inc.

2. Use of This Site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

Copy or scrape content. You won’t reproduce, redistribute, or scrape any text, images, or designs from this site without written permission.

Misuse the site. You won’t attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to interact with the site.

Violate applicable law. You’re responsible for complying with the laws of your country when accessing and ordering from this site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

3. Products & Ordering

Print-on-demand. All products are made to order. We don’t hold inventory. Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Product descriptions. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors and sizing may vary slightly between screens and physical items. Refer to the sizing charts provided on each product page.

Pricing. All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice, though changes won’t affect orders already placed.

Order confirmation. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. This is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors).

4. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. We don’t store your payment card details.

By placing an order, you confirm that you’re authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Printful and shipped from their global network of production facilities. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimates only — not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, photography, and copy — is the intellectual property of Lady Alma or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of it without explicit written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

If you tag us, submit photos, or share content featuring Lady Alma products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where possible.

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Return & Refund Policy

The Short Version

Every Lady Alma product is made to order through Printful. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — it’s created the moment you place your order. Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.

What we do stand behind: if something arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

What We Cover

Defective or damaged items. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect (misprinted design, faulty stitching, damaged in transit), contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received. If we or Printful sent you the wrong product, we’ll fix it — replacement or refund, your choice.

Lost in transit. If tracking shows delivered but your package never arrived, or your shipment goes missing with no updates for 30+ days (US) or 45+ days (international), contact us, and we’ll investigate and reship if confirmed lost.

What We Don’t Cover

Wrong size ordered. Sizing charts are on every product page. Please check them before ordering. We can’t accept size exchanges for correctly printed, correctly shipped items.

Change of mind. Once an order enters production (usually within 24–72 hours of placement), it can’t be canceled or modified.

Customs fees or import duties. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or customs charges. We can’t refund these.

Minor color variation. Colors may look slightly different on screen versus the physical product due to monitor calibration and print processes. This isn’t considered a defect.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email us at [your contact email] with the subject line: Order Issue — [Your Order Number]
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
  3. We’ll review and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, a replacement will be sent at no charge, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Production typically begins within 24–72 hours of order placement. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at [your contact email] — we’ll do our best but can’t guarantee cancellation once the process has started.
